Each piece is handmade by migrant women artisan, one at a time. Due to this process, there might be a slight variation in color, shape or size. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, and we cherish this uniqueness. 

We accept returns for defective products only. Please take a picture of the damaged product and send to our email id mentioned in the contact, within 2 days of receiving the product(s).  On acceptance of the return, wee will arrange for a pickup. All products must be in its original packaging with the tags attached and in the same state as received, unused. After receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a new product as soon as possible

We do not accept exchanges. Personalized items are made to order; we are unable to accommodate  once your order has been submitted.
