Each piece is handmade by migrant women artisan, one at a time. Due to this process, there might be a slight variation in color, shape or size. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, and we cherish this uniqueness. This items are non-returnable. It is eligible for replacement, within 2 days of delivery, only in an unlikely event of damaged, defective, or different item delivered to you.

Please take a picture of the damaged product and send to our email id mentioned in the contact.  On acceptance of the return, wee will arrange for a pickup. All products must be in its original packaging with the tags attached and in the same state as received, unused.

Personalized items are made to order; we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges to personalized pieces once your order has been submitted.

After receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a new product as soon as possible.
